Peanuts, dates, crunchy banana. And our Glaze.
The majority of Peanut Butter Cake Crunchies is peanuts. Accompanied by dates and crunchy banana pieces. But what sets it apart from your typical nut and dried fruit mix is the coating we call Glaze.
Its sweetness comes from honey and dates, its salty touch from sea salt. In one bite, honey-salted peanuts; in another, crunchy banana, with the soft and natural sweetness of dates in between. When you eat them all together, it becomes clear why it’s called Peanut Butter Cake.
What is Glaze? Our signature.
We call the special technique of coating nuts and dried fruits with honey and sea salt and slowly roasting them Glaze.
Glaze doesn't just add flavor to the ingredients. The thin coating created by the honey and sea salt gives each piece that unique Gigi’s crunch and preserves the freshness of the mix.
The result? Sweet, salty, and a crunch that lingers for a long time.
That’s why we don't just call it a nut mix.
This is Gigi’s Crunchies.
