Named after Dominica, Dominicana contains cashews, coconut, and pineapple. And plenty of green.

The majority of Dominicana Crunchies is cashew. It is joined by coconut, pineapple, spirulina, and chia seeds. But what sets it apart from your average nut and dried fruit mix is our coating, which we call Glaze.

The soft texture of the cashew meets the intense aroma of the coconut and the sweet-and-sour taste of the pineapple. While honey completes the flavor, sea salt perfectly balances it all. Spirulina gives the whole package its unique green color.

Cashew in one bite, pineapple in another, coconut in the next. Sweet, salty, tropical, and crunchy.

What's more, we’ve also added spirulina and chia seeds to the mix.

What is Glaze? It’s our signature.

We call our special technique of coating cashews, coconut, and pineapple with honey, sea salt, spirulina, and chia seeds before slow-roasting them Glaze.

Glaze doesn’t just add flavor to the ingredients. The thin coating formed by honey and sea salt gives every piece that signature Gigi’s crunch and helps maintain the freshness of the mix.

The result? A sweet, salty, tropical, and long-lasting crunch.

That’s why we don’t just call it a nut mix.

This is Gigi’s Crunchies.

Cashew (47%), honey (18%), dried coconut (16%), dried pineapple (10.5%), spirulina powder (5.5%), chia seeds (2%), sea salt (1%).

Because you’ve never eaten green cashews before. And you have to try this.

Yes, really green. That color comes from spirulina. We took the cashews you know, coconut, and pineapple; glazed them with honey, spirulina, and chia seeds.

You know how sometimes you want to escape not from where you are, but from what you’re eating? Maybe you want to go to a tropical island...Exactly for that moment. You could be at your desk, stuck in traffic, or it could be freezing outside. Once you open the pack, things change a little.

Eat it on a coffee break, keep it on your desk while you work, pull it out of your bag on a long road trip, or just open the pack when you’re craving something tropical. But before all that, take a sniff as soon as you open the pack.

We might not be able to take you to the Dominican Republic. But we can put Dominicana in your bag.
