Your identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) that you have shared with Gigisfood will be processed—based on your commercial electronic message consent pursuant to Article 6 of the ETK and your explicit consent pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the KVKK—by Gigi's, provided you grant commercial message consent, for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages via channels you have approved, including WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, and e-mail, within the scope of marketing communication activities; conducting customer satisfaction studies; performing marketing analyses, advertising, campaigns, and promotional activities; promoting and marketing products and services; creating customer-oriented campaigns; offering you special opportunities through Gigi's business partners; identifying target audiences; analyzing user behaviors to improve experience; conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities; performing personalized segmentation and analysis studies; internal reporting activities; planning and executing market research and customer satisfaction activities; customizing and recommending products and services offered based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs; and planning and executing customer relationship management.

You may withdraw your consent regarding the sending of electronic commercial messages at any time.

Your personal data may be processed by Gigi's directly or through service providers and may be shared with technological infrastructure providers, limited to the purposes stated above.

You may contact Gigisfood to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and to submit your requests regarding your personal data via the Personal Data Protection Application Form available at https://www.gigis.com.tr.
